About DJBeautifully accomplished, Sarena Tyler has been spinning dance music in various night clubs and venues for 24 years. Sarena received her first break as a DJ in Detroit at a club called Club Hollywood. Her career today as a Disc-Jockey is specializing in spinning Soulful House music. She has played legendary venues like The Famous Door II,Time Square, The Silent Legacy, Heaven, Back Street, Zipper's and Club Splash. It was Club Splash that made Sarena one of Detroit's finest and well-respected DJ's in Michigan. Sarena became very much in demand in other cities such as Atlanta, New York, LA, Ohio, Florida, Chicago and North Carolina, where she travels on a regular basis to serve up her unique style of Soulful Deep House. As a high point in her career, Sarena was offered a one year contract with Walt Disney to spin at Club Mannequins on Pleasure Island in Florida. Due to her love for working in the United Kingdom on a regular basis, Sarena decided to turn down the offer. Sarena has worked in London, England at Super Clubs such as The Ministry of Sound, Bar Rumba, & The Complex amongst a host of other venues in the UK. Sarena has received numerous awards thoughout her career. Her favorite awards have always been awards given by the dance community. For Sarena those mean the most! To name a few, The Community Spirit Award by M.A.A.P., The Spirit Of Detroit Award, Most Popular Regional Club DJ from The Detroit Regional Music Conference and The Appreciation Award from Our Family of MI to name a few. Sarena is also a party promoter in Detroit, Michigan which she brings in the best A-List DJ'S and Artists. Her parties are always standing room only. In 2007, Sarena established Melodic House Records. Melodic House Records produces House and Deep Trance music. Sarena was a Billboard Club Reporter for Billboard Magazine.
